Notes
A Treatise on "Duffield" (1888), p. 81. Heywood uses B for the lead end where the tenor is leading, and M(4) to denote four consecutive bobs in which 8,0,9,7 make the bob in succession. These conventions are followed here; other calling positions have their usual meanings.
